Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3 PM EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST or during holidays are shipped the next business day.

International orders are shipped via UPS, who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 5-14 business days. You will be able to track your shipment at all times. The price of International Shipping varies on location and is calculated upon checkout.
A customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Mari Giudicelli is not responsible for the payment of this duty.
The international shipping cost incurred at the time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.
In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We must adhere to all international import/export laws, and cannot change the value of orders on commercial invoices.

We accept returns of unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days of order receipt for a refund minus a return shipping fee.
We do not accept returns after 14 days of order receipt.
Return authorization (RA) numbers generated on the form page on our website are required for all returns and exchanges.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost.
Returns will be processed within 5-10 days of return receipt.
